Each year the North Coast School Sports Association presents an award for outstanding achievement in each of the sports contested by students in our region, which encompasses over 66,000 students.  Brianna C has been named recipient of this year's award for Athletics and Cross Country.  Brianna remained undefeated through all levels of competition to be awarded Regional Age Champion in Cross Country,  and for the 100m, 200m and 800m events in Athletics.  Her impressive performance at the Regional Athletics Carnival in Coffs Harbour also saw her crowned Regional Junior Girls' Champion.  Brianna further advanced through State level competition to represent Bangalow and NSW at the National Championships for Cross Country in Canberra (coming 6th) and Athletics in Darwin, where she was thrilled to win the bronze medal in the 800m.  Brianna will be presented with her award at the 27th Annual North Coast School Sports Awards Ceremony in Sawtell on December 5th.
